Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity conducted through your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• Do not use the Services to place calls or send messages without any legally required consent from recipients;
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Target Dial, which may include call alerts, demo confirmations, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Trials and billing

Free trials and paid plans are offered as described at the time of sign-up. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented before you incur any charge.

Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Target Dial or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.
